Welcome to the Hope Chinese School Online Registration System for Chantilly Campus (HCS-CT), the Internet Home for HCS-CT students, parents, teachers, administrators, and staff.
Our school opens Sunday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm. The 2025 Fall semester is scheduled to start on Sept. 7, 2025, and will conclude on Dec. 14, 2025.
Before creating a school account and registering for courses, please carefully read the “Guidelines on Registration, Tuition Payment, and Account Credit at HCS-CT Campus”.
Guidelines on Registration, Tuition Payment, and Account Credit at HCS-CT Campus
2025年秋季学期，如果于2025年7月13日之前注册、选课并通过PayPal支付注册费和学费，将享受注册费的早鸟价：每位学生30美元。2025年7月14日起，注册费为每位学生40美元，可通过PayPal或者支票付款。如果您选择支票付款，请将支票（抬头：Hope Chinese School VA Inc, or HCS VA）交给学校注册台的义工或寄往以下地址。
If you register and complete the payment via PayPal before July 13, 2025, the registration fee will be $30 per student as we offer an early bird discount. Starting from July 14, 2025, the registration fee will be $40 per student. Please make the check payable to Hope Chinese School VA Inc or HCS VA, and submit it to our parent volunteers at the school registration desk or mail it to the address below:

HCS-CT Registration Cancellation and Credit Policy:
- Registration Cancellation: If students wish to discontinue their classes after school starts on 09/07/2025, they have the option to withdraw from their classes through the online registration system
before 09/15/2025. If they choose to drop their classes before 09/10/2025, they will be eligible for a full tuition credit, as the school provides a three-day grace period. Between 09/11/2025 and 09/14/2025, the school will issue a 50% credit of the paid tuition, applied to the family accounts. Please note that the registration fees are non-refundable. Starting from 09/15/2025, tuition fees will no longer be eligible for any credit.
- A $30.00 Penalty Fee will be charged for each bounced check.
We offer textbook order service at the beginning of each semester.
