Welcome to the Hope Chinese School Chantilly Campus (HCS-CT) Summer Camp Online Registration System
2026年暑期，希望中文学校西城校区将推出线下夏令营，并同步开设面向高年级学生的线上课程。
夏令营主要服务于K–6年级学生，既满足家长上班期间孩子有人照看、有人陪伴的实际需求，也为孩子提供内容丰富、节奏合理的暑期学习与活动安排。课程以希望中文学校多年办学经验为基础，在中文与中国文化的根基之上，突破传统课堂模式，融合文化体验，扩展中国文化多方面的学习。
同时，夏令营还将开设机器人、绘画、声乐、手工及户外活动等多元课程，让孩子在安全、温暖、有引导的环境中学习、探索与成长。线上课程则针对高年级学生的学习特点与需求，提供更灵活、更有深度的学习选择，帮助学生在暑期持续进步、拓展视野。

Our Summer Camp runs from July 6, 2026 to August 14, 2026. It will be three sessions and two weeks each as following.
Session I: 7/6/2026 – 7/17/2026
Session II: 7/20/2026 – 7/31/2026
Session II: 8/3/2026 – 8/14/2026
Before creating a school account and registering for courses, please carefully read the “Guidelines on Registration, Tuition Payment, and Account Credit at HCS-CT Campus”.

If you already have a Hope Chinese School family account, you don’t need to create a new account but simply duplicate your account as following.

夏令营优惠：如果于2026年3月3日之前注册、选课并通过PayPal支付注册费和学费，将享受注册费的早鸟价：每位学生20美元。2026年3月3日之后，注册费为每位学生30美元，可通过PayPal或者支票付款。如果您选择支票付款，请将支票（抬头：Hope Chinese School VA Inc, or HCS VA, 请在附注标明 HCSCT-Summer Camp）交给学校注册台的义工或寄往以下地址。
If you register and complete the payment via PayPal before March 3, 2026, the registration fee will be $20 per student as we offer an early bird discount. After that, the registration fee will be $30 per student. Please make the check payable to "Hope Chinese School VA Inc" or "HCS VA", add "HCSCT-Summer Camp" to memo, and submit it to our parent volunteers at the school registration desk or mail it to the address below:

HCS-CT Registration Cancellation and Credit Policy:
- Cancellation Policy: Refunds (minus registration fee) are 100% if canceled ≥30 days before camp, 75% if 15–29 days before, 50% if 1–14 days before, and non-refundable after camp begins.
- A $30.00 Penalty Fee will be charged for each bounced check.
