Many users on the HCS-FX mailing list asked one common question that why some times you don't see a screen after clicking a button while using the online registration system. The most possible reason is because the Internet browser on your computer has a popup stopper installed, which prevents you from seeing a screen.

 

Depending on which popup stopper software or tool you have, you can either turn the popup stopper feature OFF while using the online system, or add an address to the Allow list so that the screen you want to see is not blocked. For example, you can download the free tool from http://toolbar.msn.com, and add http://www.hopechineseschool.org to the list.
