Welcome to the Hope Chinese School Online Registration System for Chantilly Campus (HCS-CT), the Internet Home for HCS-CT students, parents, teachers, administrators and staff.
Our school opens Sunday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm.
For a new student, you need to create a login ID and password, as well as a family and student profile if you want to register the classes at our school. If you just want to see the list of classes we offer, please go to the general information page of HCS at http://www.hopechineseschool.org/hcsct/Default.aspx
After your create a profile, a staff member will review and approve your profile if there is no problem with it. Please note that you will not be able to register any class before your profile is approved. HCS-CT school administrators will review new profiles received regularly, and you will be notified automatically via email once it is approved. Once you have a valid family account, please logon to see the Class Schedule and register for the appropriate classes you or your kids are interested in.
Before you start, please take time to review our school rules and email rules carefully. These are the rules that govern the appropriate use of our services and the online system, and we assume that you agree with the rules when you login and register the classes at our school.
2023春季学期,如果于2022年12月31日之前注册、选课并通过PayPal支付注册费和学费,将享受注册费的早鸟价:每位学生30美元。2023年1月1日起,注册费为每位学生40美元,可通过PayPal或者支票付款。如果您选择支票付款,请将支票(抬头:HCS)交给学校值班人或寄往以下地址。
(If you register and complete the payment via Paypal before Dec. 31, 2022, the registration fee will be $30 per student as we offer an early bird discount. Starting from Jan. 1, 2023, the registration fee will be $40 per student .Please make check payable to HCS , and mail to the address below):

Please note that should any registration is updated or cancelled, the corresponding payment made via PayPal is nonrefundable, but can be credited back to the account for future payment use.)
HCS-CT Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Registration Cancellation: If students do not wish to continue their classes after the school starts on 1/8/2023, they can choose to drop their classes from the registration system online
before 1/16/2023. The School will refund 50% of paid tuitions and credit them back to the family accounts, however, the registration fees are not refundable. Starting from 1/16/2023, tuitions will not be refundable.
The deadline date is set to give registration team members enough time to process these requests and allow our teachers to be notified and drop these students from the student lists.
- All refund will be processed after registration period closes. HCS-CT will notify parents refund date and procedure via email and/or post refund information on the web.
- A $30.00 Penalty Fee will be charged for each bounced check.
