Registration for 2018 Spring Semester 1st day of school 1/7/2018

1. Registration The registration for Chinese and Math classes in the 2018 Spring is ongoing, the 1st day of classes at 1/7/2018. Please review the information online and make adjustment or drop unwanted classes as needed. Registration may be dropped by the school if tuition is not received within 4 weeks following registration to make place available for new students. To reduce the service time at the registration desk, Please print the registration form at home and bring it to school along with tuition payment. Note that we only accept checks, not cash or credit cards.

2. Tuition Refund Policy: Please note that tuitions are fully refundable within the first two weeks of the new semester and 50% refundable within the third and fourth week. Registration fees are non-refundable at anytime per school policy. In addition, please note that if you decide not to go to a class, you must drop the class from the online registration system to get the refund. A refund notice will be sent out around the 5th-6th week and you must reply to the notice to get the refund. Otherwise, the fund will be saved for paying your tuition in the next semester.

3. Textbook Sales The textbook service team will be onsite to sell the Chinese textbooks at the end of the semester and the beginning of the new semester. After that, please contact David Du at before any Sunday so he can bring the textbooks you need to school. For Ma Liping Chinese textbooks, please contact Joan Huang at for group purchase or purchase by yourself at 

New Family/Student Registration
If you are new to our school, you need to create your account, enter you family profile and student information, and wait for approval before you can register classes online. New accounts are usually approved in 1-2 days. Please click the “New User?” link on the side panel to create your account. Once your account is set up, you can then view the classes the school offers and register classes.

New families are also welcome to visit the school on Sunday afternoon.

Joining the Parent Email List/Changing Email Address
The parent e-mail list ( is used by the school to send important notices. For new comers, after your accounts are created and approved by the school, the HCS-TC registration team will add you to the email lis or invite you to join the list, in which case, please accept that invitation.

If you haven’t received any email from the school, please do the following to add yourself to this email list.
  1. Login to the online registration system and update your email address. This ensures that your data is valid and you will not be dropped from the list during a future update.

  2. Send a blank email to from your email account and reply to the confirmation email received from the list to activate your subscription or visit our parent group site for all the announcement.
Note that you must send a request to change the email address in the parent email list. Changing it in your profile does not automatically change it in the email list.

Changing Login ID or Password for your Online Registration Account
To change your login ID or password, click the My Profile tab after you log in, then click the “Update Login or Password” link at the top right corner of the page.

Dear HCS-TC Community:

I hope that you all enjoyed your labor day long weekend and wonderful summer vacation. As a reminder, our new school year will start on 9/10/2017 and operate from 2 to 6 pm every Sunday.
Please register classes for your children and yourselves, if you have not done so. Be mindful that certain classes may have to be cancelled if there are not enough students register in them.
We definitely need lots of volunteers, both long term (serving 3-4 hours) and short term ( 1-2 hours). Please stop by the front desk in our Cafeteria if you can help in any way.
