Dear HCSGB Families,
We are starting online registration for 2024 Fall now!
Our system has automatically renewed Saturday Chinese classes for all current students. All minor class students need to be re-registered for 2024 Fall. If your child is currently taking a Chinese class and you do not want him/her to enroll for 2024 Fall (except for preschool), please let us know by replying to this e-mail (hcsgb@hopechineseschool.org).
We are still adding new minor classes. We will keep you posted when the new classes are ready.
Please read carefully for payment to avoid additional fees:
. Registration fee for Chinese class is $55 per student, no minor class registration fee for the entire family if you registered with Chinese class.
. If you make full payment by 8/31/2024, each student will receive $10 credit for Chinese class.
. If you make full payment in check by 8/20/2024, each student will receive additional $5 credit for Chinese class.
. You will receive credit after you make the full payment.
. Registration fee for Minor class is $45 per student (website says $55, we will adjust once you make the payment).
. If you make full payment by 8/31/2024, each student will receive $10 credit for Minor.
. If you make full payment in check by 8/20/2024 each student will receive additional $5 credit for Minor class.
. You will receive credit after you make the full payment.
You can print your registration information in your account and stop by the registration desk in the cafeteria from 1:00 PM -4:50 PM during our school day to pay. $5 credit will be given if payment is made by cash or check. You may also pay by mail or paypal as below.
New Family will receive an one-time credit of $25 when payment is made in full. $5 credit will also be given if payment is made by check/cash.
Making Payments:
1. In Person: Print your registration information in your account, stop by the registration desk in the cafeteria from 1-4:50 to pay with cash or check.
2. By Mail: Please make your check payable to: HCS

3. Via PayPal: Login to your HCSGB account, make PayPal payment through the link provided in your HCSGB account.
Please DO NOT make payment through PayPal website directly; this may cause delayed or incorrect processing.
The first day of school for 2024 Fall is 09/07/2024.
There is no school on 11/30/2024 (Thanksgiving).
The last day of school for 2024 Fall is 12/07/2024.
